Mathiowetz Construction will need a 2 hour notice prior to your hauling. A daily report will be given to Mathiowetz Construction of your needs when hauling.

**NOTE** This list may only be expanded to include specific industrial wastes or select new construction remodeling wastes. (such as Insulation, Shingles, Sheetrock, Siding) for disposal with prior MPCA approval as described in the facility industrial waste management plan section.

ANY CHANGES TO THIS LIST MUST RECEIVE WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE MPCA.
